This 1-hour webinar provides librarians, research managers, faculty, and researchers with insights into the publication process of a journal in the Nature Portfolio, as well as the impact it can have on an author:
Jill Adie, Head of Publishing Development at Springer Nature, gives a behind-the-scenes view of the publication process in Nature journals, including the difference between the OA and non-OA process, and how original research differs from reviews, analysis, and expert opinions.
Stavroula Kousta, Chief Editor of Nature Human Behaviour, talks about the wide-ranging impact a Nature Portfolio publication can have, using examples from Nature Human Behaviour. We’ll also cover SN’s commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion and how it applies to our peer review processes.
