The Electronic Health Solutions holds the launching ceremony of the Hakeem program in Wadi Musa

Electronic Health Solutions Company (EHS) announced the completion of the implementation of the Hakeem program at Queen Rania Hospital in Wadi Musa.
The launch ceremony took place on Thursday under the patronage of the Director of Ma’an Health Department Dr. Tayseer Krishan- representing the Minister of Health Dr. Ali Hyassat, and in the presence of the Director of Queen Rania Al Abdullah Governmental Hospital Dr. Fayez Abu Joudeh, the Chief Executive Officer of the company Rami Adwan, and a number of prominent figures of Wadi Musa region.
The Hakeem program aims to facilitate the procedures for patients and workers in the health care sector to achieve more effective medical management, through nationwide implementation of an electronic health record solution. Physicians, pharmacists, medical technologists, and other clinicians will be able to electronically access medical records of patients within participating health facilities in Jordan simply by entering the patient’s national ID number.
On this occasion, Dr. Tayseer Krishan said: "The completion of the automation of Queen Rania Hospital is an important turning point for both the hospital, and the health care sector. This program allows workers in the health care sector to provide better and faster services for patients."
He pointed out that what distinguishes this program is its ability to recruit technology and transfer us from the era of paper files to the era of digital files, and this is not only to improve the services provided to citizens, but to also provide important data base for researchers and doctors, not to mention the benefits of the program in reducing the duplication of medication dispensing and lab tests.
On his part, the Director of Queen Rania Governmental Hospital Dr. Abu Joudeh said: "The Hakeem program has proven to be highly effective in regulating the admission of patients and their receipt of the necessary health care”.
He added that since the first day of using the “Hakeem" program at the hospital it has had significant and tangible benefits in solving the problem of paper medical files and ensuring that no medical information and documentation is lost, bearing in mind that the number of beneficiaries of the Medical services of the hospital exceeds 35 thousand.
On his part, the CEO of Electronic Health Systems Rami Adwan said:  "The Company is in a race against time to implement the Hakeem program in various health care institutes across Jordan, where the number will reach by the end of 2015, 96 health care institutes."

He added: "The Electronic Health Solutions Company confirms its dedication to facilitating the work of those employed in the health care sector and to improving the quality of services provided for patients. The Hakeem Program will not be limited to the management of medical records, but will also be applied to billing and other services that the company is seeking to develop; some of which have been already implemented. "
Dr. Krishan honored the Director of Queen Rania Governmental Hospital Dr. Fayez Abu Joudeh. And on his part, the CEO of Electronic Health Solutions Rami Adwan honored the Director of Ma’an Health Department Dr. Tayseer Krishan, in recognition of his efforts in supporting the implementation of the Hakeem program in Wadi Musa region.
